Bulk Bag Range

  • How can I order?

    Simply click on one of our Bulk Bag products and enter your address in the address finder. We are currently only able to offer delivery within Auckland.

  • When will my Living Earth order be delivered?

    We aim to deliver within five working days. Otherwise, we’ll endeavour to contact you using the details provided when booking. If you have not heard from us, please get in touch and one of our team will provide you with an update. Check our delivery instructions here to prevent any delays or cancellations of your order.

  • Do you deliver to my area?

    We are currently only able to offer delivery within Auckland. To check if we offer delivery in your area,  simply click on one of our Bulk Bag products and enter your address in the address finder.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery within our Auckland zone is included in the cost of the product.

  • Can I delay delivery of my order?

    Unfortunately, not. Our delivery logistics work on routes and availability within the area, much like a courier. Please hold off ordering if you are not ready to receive delivery.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    The fulfillment and delivery process starts as soon as an order is placed. Depending on the stage of your order, we may not be able to accept any delays or cancellations. Please phone 0800 COMPOST (0800 266 7678) to find out the status of your order.

  • What do I do with the bags after delivery?

    You can repurpose the bags for various uses, such as containing garden waste or many other storage needs.

  • I don’t have access to the delivery location, can you deliver over a fence?

    Yes, in some cases. We appreciate access can be difficult. Delivery will be made via a FlexiBin crane truck, more commonly known as a hiab. The fence must be no higher than 1.2m high. Please view the delivery instructions here before placing your order.

  • Do I need to be home to receive delivery?

    No! Simply tell us in the delivery instructions, in a detailed manner, where you want the product placed and we will try our best to accommodate where safe to do so.  

  • Where will you deliver my order?

    For delivery to go smoothly, please provide us with delivery instructions at the time of placing your order.

    Whilst every effort will be made to place the product where you requested, ultimately it is the driver's decision on where the product can be safely placed without damage to property, truck, or driver. If the order is delivered berm side, it becomes the customer's responsibility to relocate the Living Earth bag(s) within private property. Please view the delivery instructions here before placing your order.

  • How and where will my order be delivered?

    Bulk bags will be delivered by a FlexiBin crane-truck or more commonly known as a hiab. Placement will be at the discretion of the driver and where it can be safely placed without damage to property, truck or driver – options include kerbside drop-off or direct delivery to your property provided we have safe entry. If your delivery is placed kerb-side, you will be responsible for promptly moving the product within your property

  • Can I expect delays with my delivery?

    Whilst we endeavour to make deliveries on time, causes may arise outside of our control which may result in delays to your delivery. We will notify you by text or email should we experience any delays. You will be responsible for providing free and suitable access for WM New Zealand employees, contractors, or agents and their vehicles to and from Your premises as outlined in the delivery instructions here.
